The position will take full ownership of regional retail operations, including store maintenance, health & safety, budget management, and the delivery of operational and commercial projects.

This role requires a strong people manager with outstanding organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, influence key stakeholders, and motivate a team across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has proven experience within luxury retail operations, is solutions-oriented, and is confident working in a fast-paced, international environment.

This role will be central to supporting the retail network, contributing to the successful execution of store openings, refurbishments, pop-ups, and wider operational projects.
